Anything that went wrong was checked, repaired or replaced extremely quickly and she made sure her team were equally responsive......as agents they were a joy. Carol was highly recommended to me by someone in the lettings industry when I was looking for a new letting agent in 2019 for our house in Beith. My experience has so far exceeded expectations. She gave me some good advice while I was getting the property ready to go back on the market and she managed to arrange at least 5 viewings in the first week or so. (By comparison my previous agent had achieved 1 viewing in 4 months when they first had it.) This resulted in several serious offers of interest and I’m more than happy with the tenants who have been in the property ever since. Carol is very thorough, on top of all the regulations and legislation, always contactable and will often sort out issues herself without needing to trouble me.
